First class customer service from Lewis. In these days when it is increasingly difficult to get a response from firms for small jobs, Lewis really did come up trumps. I needed a 25 year old broken hinge which could no longer be supplied by the manufacturer. Lewis took the time to video call and then search his stock before confirming he had a suitable replacement. On collecting the hinge he even took the time to explain the best way of fixing the replacement. There really was no monetary profit in this, but it's the kind of service that makes sure he'll be my first port of call for any future window or door repairs

I was told by someone else that I would need 2 new windows put in. I gave Rhino a call and they came round and fixed both the windows within a 30 minute period they just needed some TLC. Gave advise on how to take care of the windows in the future and what to buy. Really great service.

Can't thank Lewis enough - he treated my elderly mum with dignity and respect whilst making the necessary adjustments to her front door, taking time to ensure she could operate and secure it properly. Many thanks for your patience and understanding - highly recommend.
