The Kindergarten Nursery Limited

They were calling me a lot of time to pick up my child without valid reason and now with the covid what you can say?nothing !your child cough once and your are done.They lie to me what was the worst.We lost our confidence in them and decided to remove our child but as they said to us it's a business so don't expect to get back any money.I joined the comment on changing nappies I don't think they are the best at all

I would highly recommend The Kindergarten. Staff and management are fantastic and give exceptional care to the children. I can not fault this nursery on anything.

The low rating reflects the poor communication that I experienced from the staff in the nursery. I was disappointed to find on leaving that I wasn't entitled to my deposit back even though suffienct notice was given, this follows poor communication in the beginning when I first paid my deposit, supposedly securing a place for my son at their sister nursery, only to be told a couple of weeks before starting work that they had messed up and put me in for the completely wrong year let alone month hence why he was 'squeezed'into westburn road which was stressful at the time. I didn't get much of an apology for the inconvenience and if it hadn't of been for me starting back work so soon I would've certainly looked elsewhere. I think considering the highly expensive fees I would've been treated better. The girls looking after my son did a good job although a little more care when sending him home with or without his belongings would've been nice, and definately more nappy changes needed.

Loving and generally attentive staff, with a warm homely feel. I'm giving a low rating as my child was left in the same nappy all day on more than one occasion. Also I believe my child was not the only one to have this happen.
