Birchtree Sandwich

Have been a few times now and will definitely continue. Staff are lovely and friendly, and seem to really care about their customers. They also are super generous with giving my dog - giving him treats when we stop by, to the point where we cannot walk down the street without him trying to visit the shop! This is always another plus in my eyes! I'm glad that it Birchtree is just down the street from my flat, and will certainly continue to support them!

Been a few times now. Food is quite good however decided to switch it up from the usual panini and asked for macaroni. The macaroni was literally wall paper paste and not edible at all. The salad it came with was lovely and really good value for money however shouldn't have been charged for that macaroni at all. Found the hand hygiene pretty poor. Watched hands barely being washed then wiped on the same towel being used to clean worktops and wipe knives, then no gloves when using fingers to pick everything out for the salad, now that's not great to see at all and not hygienic. Wouldn't say no to going again but would just be sticking to a panini and nothing else.

Restaurant style burgers for a fraction of the price! Staff are lovely and food didnt take long at all to make.
