Have been to the Howff on many occasions and has great service but certainly not tonight 2nd May. Went in after 6 with only two people in siting at the bar which the small barmaid was engaged talking to one of them.I should have thanked him because he had to bring it to her attention had been waiting to be served.Ordered meal which was excellent but unfortunately some of my curry sauce and rice fell onto table,. The barmaid came to uplift the plates and to my surprise never asked if we wanted more drinks even though my pint was virtually finished and before I could ask for another she was off like a rabbit.Coming back with our sweets she must have seen the area in the table in front of me was needing wiped as she put my sweet directly to my right and again off like a rabbit and not asking if more drinks were needed.I will be back but obviously not because of the is barmaids service
