Poor management took my payment then charged me the next day for not paying my tab. Then when I called to ask this to be reversed I was told it was nothing to do with them and to contact my bank. I then spoke to the manager Louise on the phone who basically told me she cant do anything and to deal with it myself with my bank. Thankfully a few days later I got the email my bank did in fact require from the merchant thanks to Sophie and zero thanks to Louise you told me to deal with it and hung up on me
