Such polite staff. However, they discriminate against disabled people on housing benefit, saying that landlords do not accept anyone on benefits. I've checked with Shelter Scotland and apparently this is not true. Homeguard leasing should be ashamed of themselves.

Homeguard were always polite and friendly when we had issues. Very responsive to emails. Things fixed quickly. Were really had with service and sad to move on. Would recommend!

Can I be critical off the staff at Homeguard Leasing, No and Yes the girls in the office, accounts a good bunch and that's plain fact. However I got ripped off when it came to getting my deposit back, I've rented for must be near to four straight years, So thousands of pounds to them and through them the home owners. Both homes looked good but really ended up being ramshackle places. I have to accept I didn't give enough thought and or time to thorough inspection of both properties, The first was a living nightmare and the second descended gradually to around the same. Both weren't serviced to a standard that was safe,the first was just a wreck no investment and the second was outright dangerous. The Gas boiler was in poor working order and in November in entirety through to the second week of December 2020 I had no heating or hot water and I phoned and was told the owner likes to sort these issues himself, he didn't and it never got fixed it limped along because I learned how to at least get that out of it. I had to prepare for a full electricians audit never happened the wiring was in bad shape. The security doors didn't work and they just made a figure up and skimmed it off my deposit, I endeavoured through trying times to always make sure every effort was made to successfully complete my rent obligations. So yeah on the face you'll be meeting some genuinely good people in the office but the overall ethos is barely legal and I would advise if you use Homeguard go over the property with a fine tooth comb and don't settle for sub standard housing.
