They made quick efforts to help us move in asap. The welcome was great, the 2 lads expertly went over *everything* and I was even greeted with some shortbread and a card! I've never had a letting agent so accomodating. Brilliant service all around.

Great experience with Caroloine Walker as a leasing agent, made sure myself and my flatmate were greatly taken care of during our term-time tenancy during university. A helpful and responsive team who go above and beyond to provide support if anything goes awry. Friendly staff who provide tremendous communication to keep you updated throughout your tenancy!

Caroline and her team are amazing! So helpful from start to finish. One of their team members Tom was so kind and patient when I was applying and getting everything in order. They are so warming, gracious and they do outstanding work! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The move in and tenancy itself were stress free. Most problems were fixed very quickly. However It took multiple attempts over months to receive a key for the buildings rear door. Caroline was unwilling to grant access to any internet service provider to install a connection to the cityfiber gigabit network(the entire reason I moved to the property in the first place). I and my father spent multiple days thoroughly cleaning the property, only to receive a picture of an inspectors lightly dusty fingertip with the lowered rear part of the cooker in the background and be slapped with an 85 cleaning fee. On top of this between dropping my keys off at the office and inspection, the sliding door wardrobe mysteriously broke. The whole team at the office and everyone they hired to work on the property were very pleasant.

The only local agency to call back without having to be chased and an appointment organised for the very next day. Always answer the phone, nothing is too much of an ask and very quick turnaround times accommodated. A small team who are well integrated and care about providing a good service. Thank you!
