        Really poor service. No hot water at my property from last Saturday for four days. No body bother about it. No proper maintenance issues resolving procedures and no one is following up. No response for the massages and calls. Nightmare to find a solution or cant imagine when this will resolve. Paying money for useless company. Cant beat this anymore my whole family and my two year little one are also suffering. So so annoying

Gill was always easy to get hold of, accommodating and it felt she did everything she could to make things work in our favour as potential tenants. Big shoutout to Jemma Watt too. So far we've had a great experience with Stonehouse..
