        Desiree was very rude and dismissive to me over the phone when I called regarding a theft of my personal property that occured in the communal area after Trinity had sent contractors to the building. This is after waiting weeks for a call back and having to follow-up myself. Is that how your building managers speak to people?! Practically hanging up on them? Thank you for you response, Alastair.

        Bad letting agent. Simple as that. Hellish tenancy with them. If you want an exemplification of their poor service, have a look at the replies to this comment section. They are replying with personal information of tenants/guarantors on this public forum in order to embarrass them. FYI, majority of the good reviews here are just stakeholders.
