We appointed Martin and Co Aberdeen last year after consulting with several letting agents. Maxine (branch manager) was very clear about contract options and very enthusiastic. Since then Juliet has managed our property, answering our e-mails very quickly and dealing with us and our tenants in a professional manner while ensuring certification is kept in order. Kelly has sourced our tenants, arranging viewings and keeping us updated throughout the process, we were never left wondering what stage we were at. After our first year, I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Co Aberdeen.

We had a very easy and hassle-free experience with Martin & Co, and I would strongly suggest them to others. We saw a flat, placed a deposit, and it was quickly taken off the market - it was all very simple! Kelly Kennedy was especially impressive; she was well-informed, efficient, and supportive when she gave us a tour of the flat. Kelly Kennedy was fantastic, assisting us in securing the tenancy agreement and addressing any concerns we had promptly. Overall, this was an excellent team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
