        The company I work for have been using Xeretec for 3 years now and they consistently provide stellar customer service. The Xeretec helpdesk are a joy to speak to, they are quick to assist with any printer issues, providing an efficient and friendly service on every call. The engineers that visit are good at communicating what's wrong with the hardware and can usually fix the problem that same day, so printing disturbance is kept to a minimum. Our Account manager frequently checks in and ensures everything is running smoothly - I really can't fault them! It's their friendly can do attitude that has prompted me to write a review because I get a good customer experience each time I have to call or email, and a befitting review seems like a good way to say thanks!
