A shame zero stars is not an option. I gave my parents a voucher for a pottery lesson for Christmas 2021 - they have never been able to redeem it despite numerous attempts. I have been incredibly patient with Mel, but communication with her has gone from sporadic to non-existent. In early December I emailed Mel asking for a refund; she responded rudely saying that she was struggling to pay her bills and that she does not offer refunds. It would seem from the other reviews that I am not alone. Avoid this business at all costs; unless you too fancy giving Mel 99 for her to spend on herself.

Tried countless times to get ahold of them via various options but have never received a message or call back. Very disappointing. Edit: have emailed you. Thanks Edit 26/6/22, still no responses. Shop looks closed

I purchased a voucher for my sister's birthday and have not been able to get hold of Mel to arrange the class. Initially there was difficulty getting her to even send through the voucher but now we have it, however it is useless as she has never answered a call or email since.

Im unable to get hold of the owner Mel, who was great on the day and helpful but I was there 2020 and since have not had a reply after numerous attempts various ways. I do hope all is ok, but I would just like the prints of my baby and dog. I spent a lot of money and NOTHING back. I give two stars as instead of one as on the day was good and just nothing to show for it. Im just really sad I didnt get my babys feet..

I received a voucher to attend pottery sessions for my 21st birthday. Unfortunately due to covid the classes were no longer running. I have tried numerous times to get in touch and have had no response via text or email. I am a bit disappointed about this as I would just like some information on what the current situation is with classes and my voucher.
