        As usual the queue is long and the staff like to go at one pace, sloooow. The majority of the staff are polite, just eager to get you served. But tge manager is tge rudest, arrogant, little jobsworth I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He refused to give me his name when I said I wanted to make a complaint, even covering his namebadge like, sooo petty. He refused to reimburse my energy voucher because according to him, I didn't have "the right identification". This was not so. I had plenty of valid ID. he was being pedantic and extremely smarmy. How can someone with 0 people skills have his role??? horrid little person.
