Castlegate Post Office

Blonde lady who's always there is rude for no reason unhelpful and sells you wrong things. Worth walking further to get better posting services.

Ive been here to post packages around 5 times now, Only once was the post Office counter at the back open, where i was given exceptional service. However every other time the lady attending the McColls counter is so rude, doesnt have basic manners or any form of customer service. One time i asked to post a letter and she refused simply because she couldnt be bothered, its clear to see she hates the post office side of her job. And today i went in and asked if i could post an item in which she responded that the printer was broken which was a blatant lie. Immense training and monitoring should be implemented to make sure the service is improved. How that women still has a job looking at other reviews i will never know.

The women working at counter is very rude and doesn't answer any queries.

The woman working there is so rude. According to the post office website the post office is open on Sundays, but the woman stated it wasn't she does not work for the post office and appears to work for rs McColl's. It seems to me that she just couldn't be bothered to do the post office side of it today
