I had a new bathroom fitted In March by this company.They fitted an extractor fan to my shower attached a hose pipe to it drilled a 4 inch hole in my wall then left it.The hose has been lying on my insulation for about 6 months not attached to anything and they never connected up the pipe to the outside of the wall so for about 6 months hot air from the shower has been blowing out in the loft and there's been a hole in the wall .I only realised this 6 weeks ago when I went up to the loft and saw the hose lying there. I went down to see Stuart Wilson with photos of this and he appoligised saying the job should never have been left like that.He said he will fix it 2 weeks later I went back down and asked when will it be getting fixed he said next week as all his boys are in Peterhead .I went back down on Wednesday and said when are you finishing the job as you promised this week he said tomorrow afternoon (Thursday) so I said ok see you then stayed in all day Thursday no show stayed in all day today no show not even the courtisy to phone and let me know they were not coming . I don't know how they could leave any job like that obviously no one checked the job at the end and there customer service is non existant UPDATE ON UNFINISHED WORK CARRIED OUT BY GRANITE CITY PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD. In March 2018 I had a new bathroom installed by Granite City plumbing and heating which they never completed. On the 1st 3rd 4th 6th and 10th of December 2018 I phoned Granite city to see when they were coming to finish the job that Stuart Wilson director admitted that the job should never have been left unconnected. They never returned any calls I sent 2 emails on the 10th and 20th December 2018 without receiving a reply I went and seen Stuart Wilson personally 3 times he said his company would finish the job promised me it would get finished I waited in for 3 days no show for 3 days and he did not even have the courtisy to call me On the 3rd January 2019 he signed for a recorded letter I sent him asking to get in touch by today 7/01/2019 surprise surprise he never did . When his guys were working at my house I made sure they had hot and cold drinks and snacks changed my plans to suit them paid the bill on time I showed his guys and his company respect it's just a pity he would not show his customers the same respect instead of making false promises
