Little Italy Pizza (Aberdeen)

We used to love this place, and the old owner. It is terrible now. Did pick up the other night and god what an experience. My husband went at the pick up time only to be told nastily that they were busy and our order was not ready. Okay. He came home and went back, only to find they gave us the wrong pizza. We decided to call and try to get them to deliver the right one but that seemed complicated. Okay, we just decided to sit down and eat. The food was revolting, over cooked and rubbery (chicken and mozzarella sticks) the pizza tasted like chip shop style that you are only brave enough to eat after a night out. I called back only to be hung up on. Go to AJs, we usually do but wanted mozzarella sticks ! Even Sainsburys, seriously anywhere but here.

Cheap quality food with an over price to accompany it. Our order came and one of the item was wrong. I called and all I got was sorry. I asked if anything going to be done and I didn't have time to wait as I have young kids so need to eat straight away. Response I got was I call you back in 5 mins. That was over 3 hours ago and I called 4 times to be kept ringing. If the quality of the food was good I wouldn't be bothered with the incorrect order. Unfortunately, its just cheap quality meat and food cooked in the poorest standard. Extortionate prices for cheap, badly made food. Zero customer care with zero effort in making the food.

Sad they call them self little ITALY pizza while there is no typical pizza for example such as quttro fromage, capreze and a lot other italiano pizzas, nothing unique to competition.
