I used to work for pharmacies and the pharmacist would always, always get involved with the customer, speaking to them, reassuring them, offering help, advice, etc...
But this was in England..
Why do they not speak here????????????
And to add to this, isn't it time they got rid of the big, plastic barriers there? I cannot hear what the assistant is saying.
They just don't seem to be friendly. The lady who was there for years is now retired. Several times I have gone in to collect my prescription and it has not been ready and they cannot find it! It is a repeat prescription so it should always be ready to just collect? It depends who is on though. The other older Lady is fine, but that younger one just does not seem to want to be there? She is unfriendly and dosent seem to care? If you are not happy working there,just leave????!!!!
