Today 24 April 23, the Pharmacist went above & beyond with no quibbles - I really appreciated his help. Couldnt recommend this Pharmacy more highly.

I have been to this pharmacy three times now and every time, they did not have the item in stock I needed. It has not been unusual items or anything but rather items every pharmacy should stock. Today, for example, they did not have COVID-19 tests. I mean, what pharmacy doesnt have COVID tests?! Very poorly stocked pharmacy, I do not recommend and if you do go, prepare to be disappointed

Didn't provide medicines as per prescription and didn't recheck the prescription hard-copy inspite of request and urgent need. Now have to again request for new prescription. Very harsh behavior.

Back in February 2022 I had an emergency prescription sent directly from my gp, I waited a couple of hours then phoned the pharmacy to check that it was ready for collection, to be told "sorry it isn't here" I then examined the situation so she then checked the computer to again say "no sorry it isn't here" then she said "oh yes there is an email from your gp" it'll take 1hour, my husband collected it and it was one item short so I presumed that the gp didn't add it to the list, recently 19th April my husband popped in to see if my recent repeat prescription had been sent there (have moved to different area) to be handed a prescription, but when throughly checking the printed label it was actually dated from February (the missing item) I think that they should be checking their emails more regularly for emergency prescriptions not just for myself but others as mines was respiratory related and very bad that resulted on me having to wait alot longer, and to also not be given my full prescription, also a year before they had given me only half of the list of my prescription (I was unaware) that several months later a member of their delivery team turned up at my door with the rest of my prescription. Why are they not properly making up the prescriptions also to not say that they are owe me some of my prescription.
