Lloyds will apparently be shutting all Sainsburys pharmacies in 2023 & are now struggling to find any staff wholl work in them. Lloyds have chosen to not notify customers of unscheduled closures which has lead to customers (like me) being without medication multiple times. The permanent staff who have been at this branch have never been nothing but nice to me, but it is clear to see the pressure theyre under and the poor working practices Lloyds have put them under. Redundancy is awful, but Im hoping itll end up being an improvement for the staff as they deserve better.

Zero customer care skill, very long time of service. Opened 15 minutes late. Horrible chemist.

Attended the chemist on Saturday to find my prescription wasnt there. I work full time. So I returned to the chemist on Monday after my work to find that the chemist closed at 3pm. Yet the website states it is open until 9pm. This closing early is bloody ridiculous when there is more people than just me out there that rely on our prescriptions

Unable to find the chemist due to the bewildering and uncomprehensible name of this place. Grandma's dead 'cause of y'all.

I shop here on a regular basis, it's my local place for groceries. There are always horrific queues for this pharmacy ( it sits within a Sainsbury's store). I've personally experienced long waits. Most of the time I drive over to the Bridge of Don and find a pharmacy there to get what I need. There's faster and better service elsewhere. The reviews are right, this is a shockingly bad pharmacy. Go elsewhere, you'll save yourself time and stress.
