I once got there in a really bad state after returning from the GP, I was barely able to speak and standing on my feet. I remember only being able to stutter words that I mixed up with French words as I was very ill. The lady was extremely polite and patient making sure I wouldn't feel embarassed by the situation.
I will be unbiased in my marking and take off one star only because it took Boots months to solve some leaking from the roof and I didn't like being served in a place where you could see tarp everywhere to prevent a flood...
However I still consider this particular Boots a very remarkable place to get your medicine and advice when you need them.
