        The service is even not one star worth!! I was raging after seeing how they gave my dog back and what their excuses/advice was! They only did his body because he didn't allowed them to do his legs/face & tail. He looks terrible, a complete mess!!! They assumed his behaviour could be because it was too busy at theirs compared with the other branche where my dog had been stripped before! He's a terrier, you would think they could handle or are trained for all kind of dogs. They even said it would probably better to get some clippers, watch YouTube and do it by ourself!! Excuse ME! I'm not a groomer!! That's why I go to a groomer who did a training for grooming!! Wondering if they are qualified! They even had the cheek to charge for the body groom what was rubbish done too! For the record, my dog always been stripped. Now his usual groomer is going to tidy their mess up! Due wrist problems she couldn't strip atm.
