I have had many Personal Training sessions with Bradley. The sessions are always very well thought out towards my goals and the equipment required is always organised before my arrival. He is always punctual and very encouraging throughout the session. I would highly recommend Bradley to anyone looking to kickstart or improve their fitness journey!

Bradley has trained me for several months and I cant thank him enough. His 1-1 PT sessions are amazing, his knowledge and approachability make exercise so easy. He also has some great tips and advise on nutrition which has helped me massively with my fitness goals. I also enjoy attending his classes, which I highly recommend. Don't hesitate to get booked in with Bradley, you will be smashing your fitness targets in no time.
