I cannot thank Eli enough for all his help! I told him about my goals and what I wanted to work towards and he is helping me get there. Really nice facility with lots of equipment for a full workout.

I have been really enjoying my sessions at Hush over the last couple of months with Jake. He really takes the time to listen to what your goals are and puts in a lot of time and effort into helping you get there, and its great being able to workout in private with just you and the trainer. Jake is really encouraging and full of advice and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Aberdeen!

Before joining Hush 50/50 Gym, I had seen different PT's, physios, acupuncturists and sport masseuses. It is safe to say that the effort and cooperation provided by Jake at Hush was second to none. Although there were no guarantees with fixing said injuries, he assured me he would do his utmost to tackle my concerns that I was struggling with. After an initial 10 sessions and with a holistic approach, I decided to continue with a further 20 spanned over 3-4 months. All sessions were planned with transparency and flexibility. This approach allowed Jake to work with me and strengthen not only the injured area but all areas of the body with a strong focus on form/technique. Although my injuries are not completely eradicated they have improved dramatically and it is the best I have felt in years. The unique selling point of Hush 50/50 and Jake specifically is that you are not just receiving treatment/PT service but you are learning how each workout/session impacts you and why you are completing them. With Hush it is a realistic service that focuses on finding a balance that is suitable for your own lifestyle meaning there is no restrictions or drastic changes you must make before starting. It is also communicated from the onset that to reap the benefits you must also put in work outwith the gym. I have my last session booked in for this year however, it will not be the last and I will always use Jake in the future when I need to recalibrate/go back to strengthen/improve areas of my body. I strongly recommend anyone to Jake who is looking for real, honest and thorough PT services. Callum
