Sent two contact email forms and never heard back after a 4 week wait. Not the way to run a business and sadly will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this vendor. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and working with vendors like this just adds to unneeded stress. Poor/lack of communication, high prices/delivery fees (more than other suppliers) and more importantly they also changed their fees after we agreed to a contract and even paid a deposit. The reason for the 2 stars instead of the 1 star is due to the fact that after a lot of back and forth, they did finally give me my deposit back so that I could book a vendor who I felt confident knowing they would show up for my wedding.

My planner Lisa with Tartan Weddings did all the heavy lifting with my vendors including communication and payments, but these details were absolutely gorgeous. I cant imagine having had a more beautiful tablescape and we used style in detail for all the design!

Where do I start. Well my fiance and myself attended this showroom following a visit to her stand at the wedding exhibition. Initially she was all very helpful with ideas and offering discounts on certain things. We gave her a long list of items we wanted to hire from her for our wedding. This consisted of over 100 Chairs, 10 candleabras, flowers, 10 table covers, napkins, stemmed tealights, 10 picture frames, and 100 charger plates. The table linen offered to us was velvet and only 20 per table. We at no time requested bespoke table linen and were totally oblivious that these were custom made costing 900. Again emails and messages can confirm this. At NO time did we ask for discounts from this women, we were OFFERED these from her after she asked me to be her "feature bride". I have ALL correspondence in writing and can prove the treatment we received. We were quoted around 5000 for the items requested , by far the most expensive in the industry by a MILE previously quoted from other companies. Our most expensive quote prior was 2300. She was charging us 1000 Just to set up when all others offered this service free with their products. The only other charge is delivery and collection which she over charged for also compared to others in the same vicinity. However we decided to remove certain items from our list of desires in order to hire what we could afford. On doing this the owner named 'TUTU' got very angry with us via her emails. (happy to post this correspondence to show how we were treated). She refused to hire us her table cloths because we couldn't afford her 5000 'bespoke' package. On asking her why she wouldn't hire us the table cloths when she was willing to hire everything else for the tables including glass candleabras and ice chairs she emailed us saying "I'M SORRY, BUT ALL THE THE ITEMS YOU WANTED TO HIRE ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEDDING" We were absolutely horrified! How UNPROFESSIONAL. I my opinion this women only wants to hire to the rich. This is a women so new to the business she doesn't even have a review yet on Facebook and yet she's treating people like this. We received a messenger message from her telling us all about her career in oil etc, absolutely NOTHING at all to do with our wedding. She was bragging about all big oil companies wanting her business over everyone else's etc. It was a rather shocking and boring read and totally irrelevant to our wedding requirements. She went on to tell us both "ALL the other events companies in Aberdeen and shire and Scotland are boring cookie cutter companies with no taste or flair like her" Working in this industry myself and with many contacts in this industry we found this very arrogant and VERY unprofessional. We actually couldn't believe the things she was saying. This women treated us terribly, absoltely shockingly bad, she knew I'd had to take time away from work for my very ill son recently and that had affected our wedding budget. Yet our budget was still 3500 just for decor which is very generous for the few items we were hiring. Apart from the fact she took days and days to return a message her overall attitude was disgusting and made us feel terrible, she is very abrupt and diffucult to deal with in our opinion and doesn't have the personality to deal with the public in this industry. Her manner is better suited behind a desk away from front of house. I'm worried for young brides being bullied by this women and left to feel like we were. We're in our 40s so could deal with her disgusting attitude but younger brides could really struggle woth the pushy hard sell. It is our opionion you should avoid this business and give your money to the other events companies only to happy to hire their products no matter how big or small. They all hire what she does anyway as we've sourced EVERYTHING and for HALF the price she was trying to charge us.
