The clinic agreed over the phone to refund me for inability to treat. However this was not the case, didnt respond to calls or emails.
I ended up having to pay over 1000 extra to get my treatment finished with another practice.

22 sets of aligners changing every fortnight with six-monthly visits to the practice. Eleven months later teeth looked pretty much perfect. Cost was around 3 to 4K.
Definitely recommend.
