I have been with Douglas Dickie for approx 10 years and every visit is 5 star. I have needed glasses since birth and my optician has always worked with me to find what works. A few times when I was younger I tried contact lenses but never followed through. The staff were very patient with 10-year-old me whilst I tried the contact lenses and practised taking them in and out. A few years ago I decided to go for the contact lenses and glasses. My transition from glasses to contacts was very smooth due to the knowledge and experience displayed by my opticians. Any problems I encounter have been resolved every time. All members of staff are polite and friendly. They always remember who I am and make my visits personal to me. The premises are always clean and are a welcoming environment. I could not recommend Douglas Dickie enough. 5 stars all around.

I recently moved back to Aberdeen and was looking for a local opticians and my dad recommended Lindsey Jones at Douglas Dickie opticians. It was seamless and easy to get my eye and contact lenses check done - all whilst maintaining the social distance and cleanliness measures and Lindsey even managed to save me some money on my contact lenses! The rest of the team were also really helpful! Highly recommend this optician!
