        I was happy with the service from Neo Energy reduced my bills by nearly half, that was up until October. My usual direct debit was taken from my account at the end of September not a problem, then I received an email stating my bills would be going up as my winter bill would be higher, I thought nothing of it and paid the increased bill by card. Then at the end of October my usual bill was taken from my bank. I have 2 outstanding large bills and they are still taking money from my account. I have been phoning twice a week since October and still waiting for someone to get back to me.
