Barchester - Fairview House Care Home

We asked if possible to sit outside with my mum if weather was fine, but was offered a private room and a proper meal. My wife had beef burger & chips and myself & mum had fish & chips. The meals were perfect and I actually left some as portion was massive. Left room for a pudding. Again excellent. Finished with a cuppa tea Cannot praise enough what a great time we had. Thanks

My Sister has health issues that makes her very reliant on the staff, they are all wonderful to her and they all go out of their way to make her comfortable. She has been made very welcome and all the staff take the time to speak with her which has made the transition for her much easier. When she has had a health issue they are very quick to respond and sort it out with external health providers. The Management are also extremely approachable, they have all made my sister and myself feel comfortable talking with them. I cant express how much I respect the work they all do to make the residents feel at home. The whole place is a credit to the manager. I feel confident about my sisters well being and her care.
