Management extremely rude street talk. When trying in a returned calm and orderly fashion they did not want to deal with severe matters. They wanted to deal is a matter to sweep it under the carpet by saying to leave now on we will call the police. I hope this is not the way they treat family members coming and going. False illusion this public Care Home puts to the public.
