        James and Susan from First Mortgage were a fantastic help when my husband and I were looking for a mortgage. They allowed us to have face to face appointment and out with normal working hours to accommodate both my husband and I's hectic and ever changing work schedules. Our circumstances were not straight forward either but they made the process really easy and our mortgage was secured in a few weeks. James was so approachable, open and honest and had a great sense of humour and got ours, I can honestly say we have never attended mortgage appointments in the past where we were also having a giggle at the same time!
