Awful experience, two screens later and the phone still didn't work. I got a full refund and took it to another phone repair shop and they noted the following mistakes: The plug that connects the screen to the phone wasn't in properly, the protective cover hadn't been removed from the speaker section, hence the speaker wasn't working and there was also a screw missing.
Basically unprofessional and untrained staff work here.
AIT Solutions on Union Street finally fixed it for me in about 15 minutes.
I won't be using Dr Fix again.
