I havent had my tests yet but so far customer service has been superb both from head office and the admin department at Glasgow airport. Hopefully the tests will go as smoothly as the booking process. Thank you for your help so far

Unable to comment on the services they offer. But the recruitment process is shocking. My orginally application back in March, get two requests for interview. Then no confirmed dates, despite chasing. So think nothing further. Then a interview start of June, saying they will be getting back to me with 7 to 10 days. Finally here back today, and they do not even spell my name right. My opion maybe look at a different company, if is office based work you are wanting.

Fantastic team delivering the pcr testing at Glasgow Airport. I mucked up our appointment times, they were really understanding and changed the times so it worked for our flights. Plus the results came through in less than 12 hours even though we booked for 24 hours. Very impressed.

Quite upsetting, I booked a test a while back, so I could go home for the holidays. I made sure while on the phone booking that the testing center was near the train station. The employee said yes, the employee was wrong.. it was a 30minute walk from the station. Unfortunately when I realized that I would not make the appointment time, i called several times with no answer. Sadly I never got the test done. I payed for a service I did not receive, when ask about re-funding the payment. I got turned to the quality and compliance team. They simply said they would look into it and get back to me. This has been months, I have never heard back from them and they dont reply to my emails anymore. Strongly suggest too not be doing business with them. Sincerely, a frustrated traveller who had to pay extra to change my flight dates in order to visit my family during the holidays.
