Bulb fitting service when you can't be bothered. Not cheap and stock levels seem a bit hit or miss.

I booked appointment on 22/03/2023 at 8.30am to check my car what's the problem and they promised time 1 hour to find the problem. I didn't get any phone call from until 5pm so I called them after 5pm and they said very busy and they promise will fix asap. Next day I phoned them same story they are very busy and they told me take the car rebook again. I thought Halfords good company and do better service. I will never come back what a wast of time. Service: Brake service & repair

Went to pick up my online order and then added some screenwash as I had stupidly forgotten I needed . I was then overcharged and had to return, she gave me my money back but was there was no apology for mistake just handed back money and walked off and it was still wrong but had had enough very poor customer service
