We have used this company for annual boiler service for a number of years. Recently, following a helpful home visit and discussion, they replaced and re-sited the radiator in our living room resulting in a much warmer room. The installation was carried out efficiently, Chris and the plumber - and any other members of staff we have dealt with - all very friendly, professional and helpful. Early morning call with Chris who was extremely helpful. Boiler not igniting and no heating, and due to high volume of calls unlikely to get a call out for some time. Chris gave me some advice re defrosting the condensate pipe and problem fixed within 10 mins. Boiler service booked in for a fortnights time when I phoned to provide update - excellent service!!! Very rude and arogant company director. I requested a service and asked the plumber to wear a shoes cover if enter my home. I thought it was a perfectly reasonable request, particularly covid and higene reason. His response was that he is only willing to wear shoes cover if i put on a face mask in my own home. I would not recommend this company. Provides horrible customer service!!!
