My wife brought it up for a correction and i was standing beside her, the girl who was doing the refund had no smile, no sence of customer service and truly needs training.
She seemed almost like she didn't give a hoot about customers, staff these days especially young staff members need to realise that they would not have jobs without customers, so maybe a smile while serving customers even if you have to fake it.
It's what keeps your job steady paying customers.
