I got my carpet and vinyl done a month ago and the vinyl came up 20 days after the installation. Ive contacted the store to let them know, they apologised and told me that the following week someone would come and fix it but they didnt know the time this would happen. The day comes and ive been waiting all morning to get a phone call from them but i ended up calling just to be told that they dont know what time this person was going to come to fix the vinyl, I then said that i will need to go out at 2 o clock and the person on the phone proceeded to mute the phone call without letting me know (which i found rude), the person came back on the phone to tell me that theres been a miscommunication and that the job wasnt going to be carried on today anyways and that they forgot to call me yesterday to let me know. I then proceeded to make this person aware that the customer service provided was not good and that i was disappointed. The person apologised and told me that someone will be calling about the vinyl but no time or day of when this will happen. Not happy.

Really helpful service. Asked relevant qua questions regarding our needs. Helped picked out a similar carpet that we were looking at, but at a cheaper price
