        Decided to stop in to browse wedding rings & Shannon was great, so knowledgeable and friendly. She brought out multiple styles for both of us and we both ended up leaving with our rings sorted. I found a similar style to one I tried in another local jewellers but much cheaper. Thanks again Shannon!

        Was looking to purchase a Garmin Fenix X watch online and went through Beaverbrooks after receiving some targeted marketing on 0% Finance and a discount code, even though the purchase price was similar to other online retailers. I was advised a day after the purchase and credit checks etc that the product is discontinued. Second time I've went through Beaverbrooks and don't think I've had a smooth process in either of them. Also disappointed the company would rather let the customer down than source the product through the original supplier and complete the purchase as agreed as its more effort on their part. poor show in my opinion.
