        Trinity Centre store has horrendous staff. Wouldnt allow me to return or exchange a chain necklace, manager tried to say my partner had worn it (he only tried it on to see if he liked it). She then proceeded to tell me that my partner must be picky, had no taste and is she was me, she wouldnt buy him anything ever again. Will never return and have put a complaint in.

        The manager NARGES in the Trinity store was unbelievably unprofessional and rude - she should be far away from any managerial job. Please go to the Bon-Accord store instead where staff are one million times kinder, if you need to get jewellery from WJ.

        Extremely unprofessional and huge lack of customer care. It is about manager of the shop Narges. Shouting at the customer and pushing to be right when she is not. I just can't understand how she got this job position. The way we were treated it was shocking! We will never go back there!
