        There wanted for changing my lightbulb taking all the fairings off so I would have to book the bike in. Have done it my self in 10 minutes and ecosse would charge 2 or 3 hours for that. So for me not really to trust them

        Phoned Ecosse at 10:02 Sat 8th and booked an MOT for 9am Sat 15th. Turned up for MOT and no record of booking. Poor service, will just go elsewhere but annoying!

        It was my first time at Ecosse today after a long and soaking wet trip. I am so blown away by the quality of the customer service I received. Each and every one of the staff went the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable wait. I was made cups of tea, and given a spare warm waterproof oversuit free of charge. I was served by Arek today who said that they treat their customers like family, that couldnt have been more true. Thanks guys! :D
