        Terrible service, made me go there 3 times and had to make 17 phone calls, just to get new wheels nuts that they have lost after servicing my lexus. This also took them 3 months. Never seen anything like this. Utterly awful. Will never go again nor recommend them.

        Appalling communication, they have an inability to diagnose faults and nobody returns phone calls. A car with a lexus warranty that has a leaking roof....and I'm looking on lexus forums advising them what it could be. In the 26 years I've owned cars, I have never encountered such poor service. We have been without our car for 2 weeks. I called 4 times today for an update, with no phone call back.
