        I ordered a MIG160 after seeing a number of good reviews. I am not sure how good the welder is but my experience of dealing with Uptime was not good. They sent the welder to the wrong address but when I tried to contact them I quickly realised that they dont answer the phone, return calls after answer phone messages are left or respond to any of the emails I sent them. Eventually, after a number of working days being unable to contact them, they text me and all communication to resolve the issue from that point were via text which I find very frustrating.

        Purchased Uptime Mig160 welder and had 3 months light use from it after which the wire speed reduced inexplicably and some internal electronic components failed. Took a while to get resolved but to be fair Uptime gave me a full refund without quibble.
