The Covid lockdown presents all sorts of challenges, not least the need to work from home every day and sometimes the IT challenges that it presents. Bruce and the team at ALTO have supported CLAN Cancer Supports IT requirements very efficiently and effectively over a number of years but never more so than during the current lockdown challenges. They made sure that we had the tech, the software and the know how to work securely from home, with no lengthy waiting periods. Ive just spent the day (remotely) with Bruce sorting out access and security issues. As usual, he went above and beyond expectations and all with patience and good grace. Thanks Team Alto!

We have worked with Alto for over 2 years now and cant recommend them enough. Their customer service is second to none, staff are friendly, polite and have a vast wealth of IT knowledge. Any time we need assistance there is always someone on hand at the support desk to help and they really do just feel like an extended part of our team.
