        Was looking for light with wow effect, everything there lots of choices but wasn't nothing for us unfortunately, although staff was trying hard and was at very knowledgeable

        Its got all you could ever want with regards to lighting, plus mirrors, pictures, furniture etc. Plenty parking outside. Recommended

        Constant Issues with Return Items: Whatever you do, dont buy the overpriced rubbish LED bulbs from pagazzi. I made that mistake, 5 bulbs at 5 each from the Aberdeen branch and they all failed within 14 months. They have a 3 Year Warranty HOWEVER what they dont tell you (and its not stated on the receipt) that this 3 year warranty only entitles you to a replacement or a credit note if the items fail after the first of the three years. Customer service is abysmal if you are returning ANY item to pagazzi however this is worst Ive experienced from them so far. My advice is buy the 1.49 bulbs from Home Bargains, located 100yrds away, which last MUCH longer. But kudos to a Pagazzi as they way theyve trained their staff to be obstreperous and unwaveringly dismissive is truly first rate.
