Staff very friendly and helpful. Have kitchen viewing on 2nd floor. We looked at patio doors . Someone coming to measure within 2 working days.

I do not have the option to leave no stars unfortunately. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 stable doors and a window. Right from the start there were problems. The doors had to be refitted. When I informed the company of the problems I was effectively told it was my fault. The workmen could lock the doors. After some time the doors were rehung. Then I discovered I couldn't open the window. The wrong fittings had been used. Someone had to come out and refit the lock. Next one of my stable doors wouldn't lock (the bottom section) rendering it useless and creating a security problem for me. Contacting someone to deal with this is proving very difficult. I have been hung up on, someone else said they'd call me back. They did not. The only thing Bon Accord Glass know how to do is charge! They are not cheap. Do not deal with this company. Useless and arrogant.
