        I cant thank James enough for repairing my gold necklace. Not only was it very badly tangled up as it had a very fine chain, I also couldnt take it off. No idea how James managed to de-tangle it while it was still attached to me!!! I was worried that the chain would need to be cut and then repaired. Super professional, patient and skilled. Would highly recommend Dr. Fix!

        Have shopped at Dr Fix many time and this is our 3rd hip flask we have had purchased and engraved and it has always been a fantastic job! James served us today and was very professional and listened to everything I wanted and then delivered a great job! Thankyou again

        Very disappointed Took my TAG watch to your Dunfermline branch for a new battery. Was quoted 19 for battery only or 35 for battery, clean and seal. Took the 35 option and returned 2 hours later to collect The watch was ready but was informed I couldnt swim with it as it wasnt waterproof. Im at a loss as to why?????
