        Terrible customer service. Came to buy an elfbar, was asked for an ID. Showed my countries ID and it was rejected, due to different person on the photo, was told it is my older brother, when ID was made 3 years ago. Then I showed my UNI card to proof it is me on the photo, but it was rejected as well. Unbelievable... How else can I prove my Identity if 2 cards is not enough?! Unfortunately do not carry my bank statements, council tax letters or GP forms with me.... Unbelievable... Please educate staff on how to authenticate and validate legal documents. Many thanks... Being regular customer, having store card with almost maximum points not willing to come to this store ever again. Thanks for spending time to read this review.
