        Absolutely horrible customer service and abysmal staff attitude and manners towards customers. Staff chew gum whilst talking to you, have horrible eye contact manners, and have horrible speaking manners/attitude. I was eventually greeted at the front of the shop and the member of staff just walked away, I stood at the front waiting for them to come back, the staff member pointed at where I should sit without saying a word to me. They pointed 3 times with their finger onto a chair from the back of the room!!!! One member of staff however was extremely helpful and friendly, and had great approachability natural charisma, so two stars.

        I visited the EE store today to buy a new phone and it was a wonderful experience. Destiny was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in her service and made the somewhat arduous process of setting up a new contract very easy and pleasant.
