Colin is a great host, friendly helpful & prompt to respond. The apartment was spotless, roomy & cosy & very well equipped. Claremont is close to bus services but also an easy walk into town. Restaurants pubs & supermarkets all in the area. Hazlehead & Duthie Park & the beach all close by. I would definitely recommend staying here & a private parking space is such a bonus.

Stayed for 4 weeks at Colins place. Fantastic and very supportive host. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Fast Internet, TV, washing machine, two comfortable beds, big kitchen, super clean. Area is fantastic too, the union street is just a 5 minutes walk away. Thanks again to Colin, who made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended.

Colin has been so accommodating to myself and my family as we needed a place to stay very last minute and not only did he manage to get us settled into one of his lovely properties in less than 24 hours he also made sure to check in on us as soon as we arrived and got everything ready for us arriving in such a short space of time. Beautiful accommodation, super clean , super homey and great location. Highly recommend!
