        I went in and bought a filet steak. I was given a wizened up piece of gristle the size of a lighter. Avoid. The Butcheress herself is sullen and nasty.

        I hidden gem of a local business. This is a fantastic butcher. It has great products with butchers on hand to give advice on how to prepare products. Really nice inside. Highly recommended.
