David, the owner provided a very detailed and competitive quote and took time to explain why he had suggested the model of boiler and controls. They turned up at exactly the agreed time and worked until late that day to ensure the new boiler was up and running. They were extremely neat and tidy and a pleasure to have round the house. We had a leak at a bathroom radiator and the water was dripping through our kitchen ceiling. With no knowledge of local engineers, I randomly picked Deeside from my Google choice. Iam glad I did. Vicki went above and beyond to get an engineer to us and Keiran was prompt, efficient and personable. He fixed the leak, checked boiler was up to pressure and bled radiators.
